Novotel Phuket Kata Avista Resort And Spa, Kata Beach (Phuket)

I had a fantastic family vacation in Phuket at this beautiful resort. The rooms were spacious and offered stunning views, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The staff, especially First and Ale, went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. However, the breakfast selection could use some improvement and there was a slight musty smell in our room. Overall, this place provided great value and a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

Our stay at the hotel was fantastic, thanks to the extraordinary hospitality, beautiful sea views, and excellent food. The staff made our experience memorable, and the kids loved the pool areas. However, the fitness room and some recreational areas could use a bit of attention, and the breakfast, while good, wasn't quite a 5-star affair.
